
Chase App
The Chase mobile app redesign was a massive undertaking with many stakeholders. Workshops with our Chase partners helped us determine a set of prioritized goals. Research with users helped us determine the human needs, financial services could serve. We started this work while the world was still reeling from the financial crisis. There was a great deal of scrutiny on big banks - especially as new players such as mint.com threatened the sanctity of traditional banks. Financial institutions could see it was time for a customer-focused approach, to earn back the trust they once had. As an Associate Creative Director, I lead a talented team of interaction and visual designers through research and the execution of key flows. I was also responsible for visual design of the key screens shown in the design strategy.
